Specialities are everywhere to be seen on the Garda, but the most enjoyable thing is discovering the connection every product has with its territory: “why” is it so good? Sipping the Lugana wine or the Groppello, the autochthonous wine of the Val Tenesi, or tasting the GARDA P.D.O. oil, the black or white truffles, the caviar, the capers, the cheeses, the whitefish or pike, is like tasting a story and appreciating all the work that went behind that product, carefully made and rendered so unique. These stories can be discovered visiting the cellars, the mills, the dairies, listening to the chefs. Advice for everyone: go and seek out the creators of the specialities.
